It's all about working the Front Desk & taking care of our guest's (our family) and you know what's required as you've done it all before.
You love what you do & the continuous smile on your face proves it - you greet every guest by their first name, like they are a long lost friend.
You not only have energy and drive but attention to detail too. You handle every transaction with meticulous care.
You are brimming with confidence. You are reliable and flexible.
You love putting your 5c worth in to make improvements to the work environment & are proactive in solving any issues that arise.

Requirements

You must have at least one-year experience working at the Front Desk.

You must be computer literate & experience with Opera PMS would be ideal but not necessary.
You must be available to work shift work across the seven day week. The position is full time - no student or travel visa applicants please.
